Service Description
A range of contemporary Pilates strengthening exercises for upper body including band work for arms and fascia toning in 4-point kneeling, plus some work ankle weights to strengthen back core and hips. There will also be a myofascial massage element with the toning balls to release tight structures. NB there will be no class on 30th October
