Service Description

A range of contemporary Pilates strengthening exercises for upper body including band work for arms and fascia toning in 4-point kneeling, use of ankle weights, therabands and/ or Magic Circle to strengthen back core and hips. There will also be a myofascial massage element with the toning balls to release tight structures.
